Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using jjbrothersgroup.com and any related websites or services (collectively the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Volusia County, Florida.

Nature of Our Services

JJ Brothers Construction is a marketing and customer service platform — NOT a licensed contractor. We connect homeowners with independent licensed contractors. We do not perform any construction, roofing, solar, window, siding, or other home improvement work.

JJ Brothers operates as an authorized marketing and customer service representative for independent licensed contractors in our network. Our services include:

Lead generation and referral services

Customer service and communication support on behalf of network contractors

Marketing and brand support for network contractors

Appointment setting and coordination

All actual construction work is performed by independent contractors who are separately licensed, bonded, and insured in their respective states and municipalities.

Contractor Relationships

Contractors in the JJ Brothers network are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of JJ Brothers or JJ Brothers INC.

JJ Brothers does not:

Guarantee the quality of work performed by network contractors

Guarantee that a contractor will complete a project

Warranty materials or workmanship

Accept liability for contractor disputes, property damage, or personal injury

JJ Brothers acts as a disclosed authorized agent of network contractors for marketing and customer service purposes only. All contracts for construction services are between the homeowner and the licensed contractor directly.

Homeowner Responsibilities

By submitting a service request through JJ Brothers you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about your project and property

Review contractor credentials, licensing, and insurance before signing any contract

Enter into contracts for construction services directly with the licensed contractor

Conduct your own due diligence before authorizing any work

Contact the contractor directly for warranty and post-project claims

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JJ BROTHERS AND JJ BROTHERS INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE, WORKMANSHIP, MATERIALS, OR ANY CONSTRUCTION WORK PERFORMED BY NETWORK CONTRACTORS.

JJ Brothers' liability to you for any claim arising from use of this platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to JJ Brothers directly, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00). This limitation applies to all claims regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

TCPA Consent

By providing your phone number and submitting a service request, you expressly consent to receive:

Calls and text messages from JJ Brothers regarding your request

Calls and text messages from licensed contractors in our network

Automated calls or texts using an automatic telephone dialing system

Pre-recorded voice messages

This consent applies even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting info@jjbrothersgroup.com. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Florida Contractor Disclosure

FLORIDA CONTRACTOR LAW NOTICE: JJ Brothers Construction is NOT licensed as a contractor under Florida Statute Chapter 489. All construction work in Florida is performed by contractors licensed under the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Verify contractor licensing at myfloridalicense.com.

In compliance with Florida law:

JJ Brothers does not solicit homeowners on behalf of unlicensed contractors

All network contractors are required to maintain valid state licensing

JJ Brothers does not collect payments directly from homeowners for construction services

All contracts are between the homeowner and the licensed contractor directly

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the JJ Brothers platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Volusia County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against JJ Brothers or JJ Brothers INC.

Changes to These Terms

JJ Brothers reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
