Our Role as Authorized Agent
In certain circumstances, JJ Brothers acts as an authorized marketing and customer service representative on behalf of licensed contractors in our network.
When JJ Brothers representatives contact you, visit your property, or assist with paperwork, they are acting as authorized agents of the licensed contractor assigned to your project — not as contractors themselves.
The licensed contractor's name and license number will always appear on any contract for construction services. JJ Brothers' representatives will always disclose this relationship upon request.
You should always verify that the contractor assigned to your project holds a valid license in your state before signing any contract or authorizing any work.

JJ Brothers requires all contractors in our network to maintain valid contractor licenses in their operating states. However:
JJ Brothers does not independently verify contractor licensing in real time
License status may change without our knowledge
Homeowners should independently verify contractor licensing before authorizing any work
Verify Florida licenses at: myfloridalicense.com

JJ Brothers strongly recommends that homeowners request and review proof of insurance (Certificate of Insurance) and contractor license documentation before authorizing any construction work.
